Auto Industry Veteran Christopher Taravella Joins Oxlo Board of Directors

Former VP and General Counsel for DaimlerChrysler Financial Services North America Brings Valuable Industry Expertise to Dealer Integration Network Company

BROOMFIELD, Colo., Aug. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Oxlo Systems Inc., the operator of the leading automotive retail integration network, announces the appointment of Christopher A. Taravella to its Board of Directors effective immediately. Taravella brings to Oxlo a wealth of expertise in process management for automotive financing gained during his tenure with DaimlerChrysler Financial Services North America.

Taravella is currently a partner with Montgomery Little Soran Murray and Kuhn, PC, a Colorado-based law firm specializing in civil litigation; commercial and construction law; real estate; and tax and estate-planning matters.

He previously served as vice president and general counsel for DaimlerChrysler Financial Services North America. In this role, Taravella was responsible for the legal, audit, and process management activities of the $95 billion receivables captive finance unit. Taravella also was a board member of RouteOne, a joint venture established by DaimlerChrysler Financial Services, Ford Motor Credit Company, General Motors Acceptance Corporation, and Toyota Financial Services. After 21 years of service in a variety of positions, Taravella retired from DaimlerChrysler Financial Services North America in 2006. He also served as a judge advocate (JAG) in the United States Air Force, twelve years active and nine as a reserve.

Taravella holds a bachelor's degree in engineering mechanics from the United States Air Force Academy, a law degree from the University of Colorado, and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program/International Senior Management Program.

Taravella is a director of the American Financial Services Association (AFSA) and has been a member of the Conference on Consumer Finance Law, Governing Committee, since 1997.
